Everyone, at both offices, is friendly and easy to talk to. You’ll find a warm atmosphere where your comfort is our main concern. Our staff will always take the time to explain everything they’re doing and why they’re doing it. They will answer any questions you may have throughout the treatment process.

Our Front Office Staff

Julie Perricellia, Scheduling Coordinator

Scheduling all of our patients’ appointments can get hectic, but not for Julie. She’s tasked with accommodating your schedule with ours—and she does it fabulously. She will make every effort to accommodate your busy life when scheduling future appointments. (And, she has a the uncanny ability to remember the little things about our patients, which makes each and every one of them feel right at home.) Like the rest of our front office staff, Julie can answer any questions relating to the office and treatment.

Sherry Carothers, Treatment Coordinator/Financial Coordinator

Easy-going and quick witted, Sherry has a way of making your new patient visit fun and easy. She also holds two positions at our office, and has been a vital part of our team for many years. Consistent and precise, Sherry performs her duties with an impressive diligence. Our patients also appreciate Sherry’s talent for explaining their treatment and finances in a way that is easy to understand.

Jamie has been Dr. Scott’s right hand (wo)man for more than 13 years—serving as our Senior Orthodontic Assistant. She is meticulous in upholding Dr. Scott’s quality standards. A team player, Jamie shares her training and experience with our team of assistants by helping each of them develop their own talents and skills. Patients also love Jamie! Probably because her favorite part of treatment is completion! When the braces come off, Jamie celebrates with the patient. Actually, everyone in the office celebrates!

Kimberly Scott, Orthodontic Technician

Building relationships with our patients comes naturally to Kimberly. In addition to her role as technician, she takes it upon herself to get to know each and every patient. She’s interested in everything they are doing, and will often walk them up to the front desk after their appointment. This, along with her passion for quality care reassures patients that they’re getting the best treatment available—and attention!

Chantee possesses those qualities that everyone looks for in a good friend: she is easy to talk to and a good listener. Her outgoing personality is contagious; she’s able to coax even the shyest of shy into a smile. Like our other assistants, Chantee is charged with making sure you have a positive experience— one that will make you smile!— and receiving an exceptional level of care.

Although Megan is the youngest of our staff of assistants, she has a strong skill set. She also loves learning about new technologies and techniques to provide our patients with up-to-date, innovative orthodontic treatment.

Deann is the office ‘mom’.She’s the familiar face that patients love to see because she immediately puts them at ease.On any given day at our office, Deann can be found assisting in the clinic or making an orthodontic appliance in the lab—and, she makes lots. She is a devoted member of our team and works every day to maintain our high standards.
